Quigy's Kitchen

Quigy's Kitchen

Quigy's Kitchen is our new community cafe offering freshly made lunches to the public from The Rainbow Centre at Wych Elm. (full address below)

Volunteers needed!

Quigy's Kitchen is  led by a team of volunteers, without who we really would not be able to run this project. If you have a flair for cake making or you would enjoy volunteering in a role that involves working with the public, we would love to hear from you!

All volunteers need to have completed a food hygiene certificate - however we can assist volunteers to gain this qualification.

When is Quigy's open?

We are currently open on Monday and Tuesday between 12pm and 2pm.

What does Quigy's sell?

Freshly made sandwichs, jacket potatoes, soup, cakes and hot and cold beverages - all reasonably priced! Check out our hot meal  deal too...

Why is it called Quigy's Kitchen?

One of our Trustees, Ina Quig, retired at our 2006/2007 AGM in December 2007. We decided to name the Kitchen after her in honour of her valued involvement with Rainbow Services.

We are grateful to Awards 4 All for granting us the start up funds necessary to refurbish the kitchen and purchase the necessary equipment to get the ball rolling.
