Re-use and Recycling Project

The Furniture Re-use Project closed on 31st July 2010 following changes in the funding circumstances of the overal organisation. We are relocating our Re-use Workshop from the Latton Bush Centre, Harlow to our main offices, The Rainbow Centre at Wych Elm, Harlow. We are converting our existing Conference Room into a space that will enable us to continue to offer placements for Community Service Workers to undertake their allocated hours in an environment is truly community based.

The workshop will continue to use donated and reclaimed wood to create items for sale such as bird tables, planters and other garden items.

We are hoping to be able to offer volunteering opportunities in the workshop area in the future as well so watch this space!
