To work closely with a voluntary organisation to develop the skills of the staff in both the business and the voluntary sector with perhaps the option of accreditation for personal or professional development.

To improve the links between the business world and the voluntary sector.

What does it involve?

Secondments are designed to meet the needs of the voluntary organisation, the seconding company and the secondee. They are of flexible duration ranging from a few hours to a full day or even longer.
