Rainbow Services co-ordinates Harlow Voluntary Sector Forum (VSF) as part of the ‘infrastructure’ role we play in supporting voluntary and community organisations based in Harlow.

Harlow VSF meets on a quarterly basis with the purpose of bringing voluntary sector representatives together to discuss common topics of interest, discussing issues and partnership working and to strengthen the ‘voice’ of the voluntary sector.
