Health and Wellbeing

Rainbow Services believes in supporting the health and wellbeing of members of the Harlow community and we aim to provide support and access to wellbeing activities and information through our Rainbow Centre and network of affiliates.  Currently, we are supporting the following activities:

My Weight Matters – Rainbow Services is providing a weigh-in service at The Rainbow Centre (2 Wych Elm, Harlow CM20 1QP) every Wednesday between 11-1 for people signed up to the ACE My Weight Matters programme.  We are also providing support for a new weigh at The Playhouse in Harlow at 4-6p.m. on Mondays.

Harlow Council have produced the Agewell guide which provides a guide to services and information for people in later life in Harlow.

For information about opportunities, activities, information, guidance and events promoting and supporting positive health and wellbeing in Essex go to Live Well Essex.  The livewell campaign is designed to engage communities, families and individuals with the aim of providing information about all that is on offer in Essex to improve health and wellbeing.
